Bloodlust $500 Prize Poetry Contest
Bloodlust Magazine is looking for anything and everything under the umbrella of dark romance, gothic fantasy, taboo, creepy, and erotica. Anything that invokes the feeling of forbidden passion and horror is what we aim to publish. But don't be afraid to submit a piece if you're unsure about the theme—anything unconventional will be happily reviewed and considered. This is a creative space for all types of emotional depths.
Winner of this poetry contest will be awarded a $500 prize. Their poem, along with an extended profile about their writing history, inspirations, future writing dreams, etc. will be featured in the front of our upcoming issue: Wrath.
You may submit up to 5 poems or a maximum of 10 pages of poetry. All poetry submissions should be in .PDF or .DOC/.DOCX format. This is a poetry only contest.
All submissions should include a short, third-person bio and any social media handles for promotion (Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.).
